Automotive / Audience strategy
A specific audience.
A strategy you can work with.
Return Index
New-car buyers who walked away from an EV deal were the starting point. We built the strategy and the tooling to explore what could come next.
The prototype connects audience definition, scenario planning, and an AI-assisted playbook in one workflow.
Make the assumptions visible.
Prototype / Illustrative scenario
The figures shown are modeled outputs from illustrative defaults, including return estimates, reach, and revenue. They are planning scenarios, not observed buyer behavior or campaign results.

The strategic question
They left the deal.
What happens next?
A buyer can leave an EV deal with the purchase decision still open. That was the audience we wanted to understand.
The work started with a specific question: how could a dealer or agency develop a useful audience strategy around that moment?
We needed a way to explore who belongs in the cohort, when they might return to market, and how timing and budget could shape the next move. Those questions became the structure of Return Index.
Strategy into tooling
Give the strategy
something to run on.
We translated the audience idea into inputs a team could adjust, tradeoffs they could inspect, and a plan they could develop together.
- 01 / Define
Start with the cohort.
Map the path from a showroom visit to captured signals, CRM enrichment, and audience tiers. Give the strategy a clear starting point and a view of the data it would need.
- 02 / Explore
Work through the tradeoffs.
Adjust volume, time window, confidence threshold, and budget. See how those assumptions affect the qualifying audience and modeled reach before choosing a direction.
- 03 / Develop
Build the next move.
The AI-assisted strategy workflow uses the scenario to draft an interpretation, next steps, and a phased plan. Saved strategies and milestone tracking support review and further development.

What the prototype makes possible
A shared basis
for the next decision.
Return Index gives a team something concrete to use when developing an audience strategy: a defined cohort, visible assumptions, and a plan connected to the scenario.
The build brings the commercial thinking and the working interface together. A change in the audience or planning window can be explored in the tool and carried into the strategy discussion.
The prototype is ready to receive dealer data as part of a measured pilot, with results used to refine the models and support campaign decisions.
