You have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you
• Request correction of inaccurate data
• Request deletion of your data
• Opt out of marketing communications
• Withdraw consent where processing is based on consent

How to Request Data Deletion

To request deletion of your account and associated personal data, email us at team@granatalabs.com from the email address associated with your account. Please include:

• Subject line: "Data Deletion Request"
• Account email: The email address linked to your account
• Product: The Granata Labs product or app you used (if applicable)

We may ask you to verify your identity before processing the request to protect your account.

For a connected business account, include the platform and account or company Page involved. An authorized representative may request disconnection and deletion of associated information. Please do not send passwords or access credentials.

What Gets Deleted

• Account information: Your email, password, profile details, and any account identifiers
• User-generated content: Messages, feedback, and submissions you've sent us
• Usage data tied to your account: Activity logs and preferences associated with your account

What We May Retain

In limited cases, we may retain certain information where required by law or for legitimate business reasons, including:

• Records required to comply with legal, tax, or accounting obligations
• Anonymized or aggregated analytics that can no longer identify you
• Information necessary to resolve disputes or enforce our agreements

For information received from a connected platform, these exceptions apply only where permitted by that platform and applicable law.

Response Timeframe

We will acknowledge your request within 7 days and complete deletion within 30 days of verifying your identity. If we are unable to complete your request within that window, we will contact you with an explanation and an expected completion date.

Where a connected platform or applicable law requires an earlier response or deletion, that shorter deadline takes precedence. Revoking a connection stops future retrieval; you can separately request deletion of information already stored.
