Commercial use
This is the crux. ElevenLabs says every generated track is cleared for commercial use, but on self-serve plans that clearance EXCLUDES film, TV and Studio Games. Enterprise covers all uses. So: paid self-serve = ads, social, podcasts, product; Enterprise = film/TV/games.

On 10 Sep 2026 ElevenLabs and Universal Music Group announced a multi-year agreement — ElevenLabs' first with a major label — starting with a licensed fan remix platform; no launch date or commercial terms disclosed.
